SHIPPING POLICY

 I aim to get your parcel to Australian addresses within fourteen (14) business days from payment. All artwork will be sent by registered post with tracking numbers. 

 

***Note that due to Covid19, some areas of Australia may be affected by shipping delays and is out of my control.***

If the artwork has been damaged in the post please keep all packaging and refer to my full returns policy in my FAQ for further details. I aim for your experience of working with me to be as smooth and positive as possible.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK RETURNS

For your peace of mind, I offer a seven (7) day cooling-off period.

I want everyone who purchases my seedpods to be completely satisfied and to be able to make a purchase without worry. Once you have received my seedpod you have seven (7) days to live with it to make sure it is the piece for you.

When you first receive your package, please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.

 

If you aren't fully satisfied with the artwork you’ve purchased, you have

Seven (7) days to contact me about your intent to return the work

Three (3) days from the day you contacted me to ship out the artwork.

***Please do not ship the artwork before contacting me.***

If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within seven (7) days of receipt or you do not ship the work within three (3) days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact me for an assessment of your specific situation.)

Please note, commissions and custom orders cannot be refunded. Exchanges may be permitted if the artwork is suitable to be resold.
