PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM HELLO CHELSART, AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Hello Chelsart, ordered from the Hello Chelsart website at www.hellochels.art. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this. Hello Chelsart reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales. These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Hello Chelsart uses Paypal and Stripe as the online purchasing systems. Hello Chelsart accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at the time of purchase.
All prices are shown in AUD dollars and are subject to GST and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process. All prices may be subject to change without notice.
The description and price of goods will be shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to the despatch of your order, Hello Chelsart will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Hello Chelsart through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Hello Chelsart has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Hello Chelsart by email at email@example.com .
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock/already sold, Hello Chelsart will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods. Hello Chelsart is under no obligation to accept any order.
All delivery times quoted on the Hello Chelsart website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Hello Chelsart may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order. Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
All work will be sent to you by courier service. Hello Chelsart will endeavour to deliver purchased art within fourteen (14) days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Hello Chelsart cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once the artwork is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for ensuring the work.
If Hello Chelsart is unable to deliver your order within fourteen (14) days, Hello Chelsart will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Hello Chelsart is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Hello Chelsart is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an artwork is in your possession you may not publish, resell, claim as your own or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an artwork to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist Chelsea Baker. Images of sold artwork may still be used by Hello Chelsart for any future use including but not limited to advertising, prints, patterns, books and other publications, social media and other web-based use.
Hello Chelsart uses Paypal and Stripe for online payments. Paypal and Stripe allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal’s secure systems please visit their website www.paypal.com.au
