In the unlikely event your artwork is recieved damaged, follow the below steps:
Step 1 – Within three (3) days of your artwork delivery date, please email hellochelsart@gmail.com and give me your order information. Step 2 - Save all original packaging. Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging (email these photos to hellochelsart@gmail.com) Step 4 - I will contact you to discuss next steps.
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
I have tracking numbers available so I am able to track your package and I am notified when it is delivered to your address. Make sure to use a current address and not a PO box. If I am notified your packaged has been delivered to your nominated address, that is considered delivered, not lost. If this occurs you will need contact Australia Post directly.
Framing takes 5-6 weeks so keep this in mind when ordering if you might not be at that location by the time it is delivered.
**Please note that I don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 30 days by Australia Post.**
Every print is made to order so please allow at least 2 weeks for unframed prints (plus shipping time) and 3-4 weeks for framed prints (plus shipping time).
Please note: if you are ordering over the Christmas Period these timeframes are extended as the printery I use closes over this period.
